Attractions and MUST SEE locations:

  1. Rosewood roof top at sunset. Rosewood Tapas & Sunset. Great drinks and tapas. Eat there but wow for the views. Great way to start the evening.

  2. San Francisco Vineyard (Vinedos San Lucas) – Take a tour with pairings & tasting, and lunch on the grounds.  Explore the grounds and enjoy the hummingbirds and views. We set up tour via WHAT’S APP with Eber (Eberecko) +52 415 158 0484

  3. Tour & Taste La Casa Dragones – BEST Tequila.  La Casa Dragones, the original stables of the legendary Dragones cavalry dates back to 1671. The historical 17th century stables of the Dragones cavalry, is now open for tequila tasting experiences. Book one of the most unique and memorable experiences in San Miguel de Allende at the newly restored and redesigned La Casa Dragones.

  4. We did the “TASTE OF SMA” tours. There is a tequila tour, a church tour, a landmark tour and tasting tour.  Seemed hokey but great way to get your bearings of the city. Learned so much about the city and history and why there are so many fountains/wells. Our fav was Taste of SMA – Landmarks and Tequila. Reserve Here.

  5. Day trips to:

    • Delores Hidalgo – worth the short trip. Allende and Hidalgo started the revolution. It ties all the history together.

    • Guanajuato City – must take the luxury buses with chargers and snacks. The city is so worth it. Very European and classic. Enjoyed the food, the vibe and extras. We stopped at a nice hotel and they set up a tour of the city. The history is so interesting.

  6. The best part is getting up early before breakfast, have coffee and watch the hot air balloons fly over the city and then a quick hike to the top of the city (next to the huge Mexico flag). Gets the day started.

  7. Mural Neighborhood – Barrio de Guadulupe. So cool. Every street had 8-10 murals. Very cool. It was on the walk to Fabrica Galleries.

  8. The Cantinas are fun. Learn about EX-pat military coming after WWII and the history of the cantinas. There are three things in every cantina to make it official. Come back and tell us.  Don’t touch the trough.
