Kip’s Favorite Hamburgers in Houston

I have always loved a good burger joint. 
Let me hear from you if you disagree or know a place I must try. 

TOP ELEVEN OR TWELVE:

1.     OVERALL BEST – Hughie’s - Hughie's 18th Street  - WOW WOW WOW, Surprised?  The Hughie’s Burger tops them all.   The filet mignon with American cheese and bacon.  Make sure you add the FRIED EGG!   You will not be disappointed! 

2.     Burger Bodega - Burger Bodega is my runner up burger.  Very instagramable location.  Jump in line and enjoy the next big SMASH burger in Houston.  

3.     Lankford’s Grocery - Lankford's Grocery maybe my all-time favorite but cannot win every year.  The original is the best.   

4.     Stanton’s City Bites Burger - Stanton's  WOW, nice surprise for the Houston & Edwards destination.  Check it out!  Please know you will be well protected by all the Houston Police officers.

5.     Flip’n Patties - Flip'n Burger The Filipino-American Magic where burgers meet the food-truck grind.  

6.     Champ Burger - Champ Burger Home of the original Texas steak burger!  You will love the vintage look and appeal. 

7.     Hubcap Grill - Hubcap Burgers Downtown Houston original.  The extras here only add to the atmosphere as the best and baddest in town.   

8.     Cantina Barba - Cantina Burger the North Main destination will not disappoint as an original feel and look.   No Bullshit!

9.     Brasil - Brasil Burgers Come for coffee but stay for the burger. 

10.  Hippo Burgers - Hippo Burger is around the outside of Houston.  You must go!

11.  Winnie’s - Winnie's Midtown favorite!  Go for Sunday Drag Brunch too.   

Runner Up:  Underbelly Burger - Underbelly at Houston Farmer’s Market is a great surprise with equally wonderful shakes.  Come for the burger stay for the farmers’ market!
